I did tell the psychopath at one point that i won't give her the adultery card and she's just going to have to pound sand with her Mickey mouse club.

I just want a divorce!
by bornfree123 inhi there, this is my first post, but i've been buzzing around this site for years.. i got married at 18, hubby was 20, i was a regular pioneer and we were talking about serving in bethel.
fast forward - i left in 2004 after a 5 year battle with my conscience, family and friends who kept insisting that i was just "weak and needed to have another bible study".
however hubby and i stayed together although it was kinda on the understanding that we would just not talk about it.

it was the national headquarters for the jehovah's witnesses for 30 years.. but the 7.5ha wattle downs property has now been sold to elim church and could soon house a new christian college.. jehovah's witness minister george gray says advances in technology mean the property is no longer needed for running the church's new zealand and south pacific activities which will now be administered from australia.. elim church bought the property for its growing south auckland congregation and volunteers helped transform the site in just a matter of days.. pastor boyd ratnaraja says the congregation moved in on a sunday straight after morning services at their much smaller weymouth rd premises.. "they have done a superb job of setting up," he says.. the church will hold services for its 450-strong congregation at its new home as well as running counselling sessions and operating an op shop and a weekly soup kitchen.. "we believe in reaching out to the community.

Disfellowshiping: Why the Terror?
by Cold Steel inthe more i read about ritual shunning and disfellowshiping in the society, the more i wonder how the governing body and elders have pulled the proverbial wool over the eyes of the congregation.
first, the society doesnt consider itself a church (unlike the ancient christians, who did consider themselves to be part of a church).
yet, like other sectarians, they have their hands out for contributions and exercise immense power over their members.

As i understand it, each of the KH's are a seperate corporation. So it would be like being disfellow shipped from a small corporation under the umbrella of microsoft. Or a small corporation under the umbrella of apple.

Pound Sand JW's. I had >10 blood transfusions 20 years ago. My kids were consummated in my minds eye over 20 years ago as i was going through cancer treatment. I waited 15 years before i had kids. My kids are a direct product of those blood transfusions. My kids are the best thing iv'e ever done in this world, by far. Pound Sand Ladies, Pound Sand!!

nearly always, in common with others who have cog.
diss, they challenge the integrity of the one offering the challenge they " shoot the messenger".. for example, the alcoholic or heavy drinker, when confronted with what may happen healthwise, will challenge the integrity of the research.
